I ended up scraping it all off. The meat was so fatty and spicy I barely ate any of it. The counter tops were FILTHY. The drink area was covered with trash and straw wrappers. And they weren’t even busy. I was one of 3 ppl in there :( won’t be back to this location.

This time it was no beans or lettuce in my bowl. You want Vinaigrette? Nopeee, Out of stock the past 6 times... Buy chips online then show up and they don't have any. Oh you have to submit a refund request for those and it'll be paid in 7-10 business days. Idk man, I get mistakes happen but it's every time at this location where most other ones are fine.
- GSGeorgia SMay 31, 20261.0Probably the worst Chipotle in Wichita and surrounding areas. Service is always very slow and the quality of food continues to go down hill. Today we visited this location after working out, we were there right at 10:45am, the first in line. They did not unlock the doors until 10:51am and we waited at the beginning of the line until 10:59am. The lady who was at the register said “We are behind and have stuff on the grill so there may not be a lot of food” and “if you’re waiting on a mobile order and it says it ready it will actually be another 15 minute wait”. This is the only location near us, but honestly I may start making the drive to a different location.
