If you order in store, you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes in line. You can also expect the food to be gross, whether it’s raw steak, extremely fatty barbacoa, or stale and soggy chips. Every time we eat here, we are never satisfied and question why we visited in the first place. Don’t bother trying to sit down and eat, as you’ll not find a table free of rice or sour cream. Rock Rd is the by far the best of all, in which this location should take notes from them.

People who order online have to wait an extra 30 minutes as well and when you ask about how long it will take they say 5-10 more minutes without sayings it’s actually going to be 30 minutes.

Also the overall portion looked great, but there were genuinely 12 little pieces of chicken. TWELVE. Y'all cant keep getting away with this
