  I was very disappointed in their family meal. The side items like the sour cream, corn, salsa, and the tomato salsa all came in small and I mean little tiny containers. It come with one bag of chips and the guacamole was not a large guacamole. They have a bigger container for a large guacamole if you order it separately. I can’t believe how disappointed I was in this meal. I love chipotle so much but I highly recommend to not order the family meal. There is no way that is enough servings for 4 to 6 people. You don’t even get enough servings with the salsa things and stuff like someone wants to order that separately for six people and you ordered it in six different bowls or burrito wraps like it would’ve been completely different. And then I feel like that they should say something about the tortillas that are provided. I assumed that they would be like the burrito sized tortillas in case someone wanted to turn those into a burrito and not a bowl but they weren’t. It was just the small tortillas and the tortillas were so thin. It barely had held the food in there and it also looked like they took a burrito tortilla and cut it into a small tortilla. No flavor and they were so bland. And then we got the large bag of chips and they were so salty. And I just don’t feel like one bag of chips is enough for 4 to 6 people. You pay a good cost for this family meal but if you have to pay more to get the right size ingredients for the meal then I would assume that that would that that should happen. Chipotle I’m so shocked and y’all should be ashamed. I expected so much more for the family meal. With the cost that I paid for the family meal we could’ve ordered six different entrées and paid just a little bit more and had a better experience with the overall bowls and burritos. Next time we’re definitely going to order individual meals. I’m just so disappointed y’all. But just wanted to let you know if you’re doing a family meal don’t do it if you have two grown boys in that group because that was definitely not enough.

  The 3pm Thursday team is pretty bad. One person working the food with a huge line. One person in the back taking online orders with a huge line in front of them.

  If you open at 10:45am, it would nice if the employees were prepared to open at that time. Or make your open time accurate .
