The store opens at 10:45, and several customers were there ready to order. I understand if the kitchen wasn't fully ready yet—that happens. However, instead of allowing customers to wait inside until the staff was ready, everyone was asked to leave and come back later. As a result, at least three customers left without ordering, and several others were visibly frustrated. Even if service is running behind, allowing customers to wait inside and communicating the delay would have provided a much better experience. I wanted to share this feedback because I believe today's opening could have been handled in a more customer-friendly way.

Upon her return, she exhibited an attitude and had her phone in hand. I had purchased a bowl and a burrito, but she only charged me for the bowl, indicating a clear lack of attention to detail. Had she been present at the register instead of using her phone, she would have been aware of the correct order. It appears that she is disinterested in her job and provides subpar customer service. I kindly request that you address this issue with her, as she seems unsuitable for a role requiring social interaction.
