  Food was flavorless, I got charged for double meat for some reason, and the food line was an absolute mess. Skip this location, it’s a poor representation of chipotle.

  Just nasty simply disgusting first off this is a restaurant not a club turn that music off put on appropriate music just because it's in Spanish don't mean people don't understand secondly this is a restaurant not your house wash your hands change your gloves and last but not least put your hair up just because you have a hat on doesn't mean you're good to go there is no reason why your hair should be hanging over the food you should not be wearing bangs with a hat you're at work the girl making the food touching her hair and consistently making people's food not changing gloves the girl in the back chopping up stuff hair swinging all over they nasty why is it for grown people and no one's corrected that behavior disgusting

  Food was fine, standard chipotle meal but that’s not what this review is about. I was passing through town and picked this location because it was right off the highway. I stopped in, it was slammed. Stood in line for 30 minutes, the one person putting together all the meals was getting her behind kicked, there were other employees floating around (mostly handling Togo orders) and the person who was seemed to be the manager was visibly just BSing with another employee near the grill area. Meanwhile, by the time it was our turn to pay, they were backed up about 3 people waiting, with still only the one employee who was working extremely hard to build the meals. By this time the manager was nowhere to be found, which really irritated me. I’ve worked in several restaurants and unfortunately thats part of the deal being the manager, picking up all the extra slack that comes your way, which includes maybe help build burritos, or simply cashing people out. Shoutout to the hard working employees, I would’ve told the manager like it was, if I had the chance to, but he disappeared in the middle of the kitchen nightmare-esque rush, at chipotle😂

  Disgusting 🤢 I asked for white rice. The girl gave me brown rice. Sanitation IS A GREAT NECESSITY HERE!!! I Counted 7-10 Workers Present. Only One Younger Female Working Extremely Hard Placing Orders. Several Individuals Workers Just Sat And Watched While She Struggled With Orders Back To Back. Brown Rice Wasn’t Fully Cooked. ALL I ASKED IS AFTER TOUCHING EVERY UTENSIL AND HAND PICKING PEOPLES FOOD. CHANGE YOUR GLOVES FREQUENTLY PLEASE 😒🤢🤢🤢
