  Walked in for the second time and tables were a mess. So much so that another patron was cleaning tables for his group. Pulled my stub burrito out only to realize that because the burrito was so short it was very fat. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue except the burrito wasn’t fully wrapped so I unknowingly placed the burrito tortilla down on the table. Again tables were cleaned by a customer. There was hardly any tobasco to choose from so I hade to ask for chipotle tobasco. While we were there I counted five employees that never ventured beyond the counter. Unless you are desperate I’d drive down to Derby. At least they take a little more pride in their restaurant.

  Always 15 to 20 minutes late on all online orders. Tonight 8 people "working" but only 2 were actually doing anything. I got there 4 minutes after my posted times and waiting 10 more minutes in lobby before I asked about my order and suddenly someone was working on it. Not going back even though thats the closest one to me.

  Place was running late and behind on everything, portions were small because the whole line was short on food. Some of my items are only available as a digital order. My line food got cold while I waited 30+ minutes for my mobile order. This place was a joke.

  This was by far the most disgusting and poorly managed Chipotle I have ever visited. There were at least seven employees working, yet customers were standing around waiting while almost no one was helping at the counter. Orders were backed up, the restaurant was filthy, dirty dishes and trash were everywhere, and the overall condition of the store—right before closing—was unacceptable. I also observed concerning food-safety/hygiene practices, including an employee repeatedly wiping his hands on the same towel rather than properly washing them. Several employees appeared more interested in socializing and flirting than helping customers. Meanwhile, the manager was in the back and seemed completely disengaged from what was happening. When I finally confronted the manager, he told me he was only covering for someone and that this wasn't his store. That attitude showed. He made no meaningful effort to correct the situation or even help me receive my order. When I asked about a refund, I was simply told they couldn't refund me, didn't know who I should call, and that I needed to "go online and figure it out." I took photos of some of the conditions but intentionally did not photograph everything. Chipotle corporate needs to review the security footage from this shift and ask a simple question: Is this really the standard Chipotle expects from its stores, employees, and managers? If this location is operated by a franchisee, Chipotle should seriously review how it is being managed. Customers expect basic cleanliness, food safety, reasonable service, and management that actually takes responsibility. I hope Chipotle takes this seriously and fixes this location. One badly operated restaurant can damage the reputation of the entire brand, and what I witnessed tonight was nowhere near the standard I expect from Chipotle.
