  Place was not clean. Chips stale. Was told they only make chips in the morning. What? Always fresh at Moes. I will not go here again. No wonder they are always making people sick.

  This is a location that we frequent pretty often, so much that I was even there last night lol. There were definitely a couple of new employees working on the food assembly line, and they were a little slower, but everyone was very patient with them because they were very thorough and gave great customer service! And honestly, it wasn't too much slower than an average Thursday at dinner hours when experienced employees are working, which says something about the quality of their training here! I've always been treated nicely by the employees and they're usually in really good spirits, even on busy days, which I appreciate as a person with a unique order lol. The parking lot can be hard to navigate, as it's situated amongst a handful of other businesses on a very busy intersection in Wichita and there are limited spaces next to the Chipotle building, and there are often obstacles to navigate when trying to get parked such as the traffic coming off Highway 54/Kellogg or the narrower space for cars to get through. But it's well worth it to have an experience where you get the convenience of a place like this and you aren't treated badly even when your order takes a few tries to wrap in tortilla shells lol

  Missed up my group order and never received a response when I reached out about it. Wrong toppings, missing queso and poor quality chips.

  Dirty serving area and restaurant with the smallest portion of rice that I have ever been served at a chipotle. Forced to order a double portion of steak too. $24 for a snack lunch reminded me why I haven’t been back in a while and will stay away.

  arrived at 8pm. location was moderately busy. ran out of chipotle honey chicken so i opted to wait for new batch as i wanted to try the new menu item. no urgency by staff to have chicken completed. location ran out of lettuce too. got my bowl and paid (receipt was put in the bag) and got back on the road. checked my item on the road and realized that i was given the completely wrong order. estimated total time was 35-40 minutes only to receive the wrong item completely.
