I placed an online order at 10:20 am on 5/2/2026. This was for breakfast. The app did not prompt me to press the I am here button until I walked in the door at 10:32am. I was in the parking lot at 10:25am. And was taking a business call on another phone. When I walked in I was told that my order could not be placed and needed to switch to the lunch menu. Again partially to blame for ordering late and I get that. Just disappointed that an order that was placed on time couldnt be fulfilled. Just left me a tad frustrated.
