  It has been a long time since I last had Carrabba's but this one didn't disappoint. The menu has changed a lot and the food was superb. I was looking for something delicious and that is keto friendly except for the bread of course 😉 but I was also pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff and prompt service also considering I was there in there last two hours of closing. Yes I would highly recommend it!

  Came here today to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately left disappointed and dissatisfied. I used to come here all the time, and I can honestly tell Joe no longer owns the establishment because the management and overall experience have noticeably declined. This used to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants, but sadly I will not be returning. I called ahead to let them know we would have a party of 9, yet we still had to wait for the table to be prepared when we arrived. Our server was great and did the best she could with the tools and support she was given, so I do appreciate her service. However, several issues with the food ruined the experience. Our steaks were cooked to the wrong temperatures and came back with little to no difference after requesting corrections. I ordered my favorite dish, Chicken Marsala, but the sauce tasted bitter and sour — possibly from burnt garlic or overly dry wine. Even the mashed potatoes lacked flavor. Overall, this birthday dinner was very disappointing compared to the quality this restaurant used to have.

  We were seated 30 minutes AFTER our reservation. A party of 15 and only 2 baskets of bread on the table. It took another 18 minutes AFTER we were seated to get our drink order and place our food order. The restaurant only had 3 other tables in the whole building so I that service should have been more timely and prompt. They forgot our to go orders and then when they did make them, forgot the sides. This was a less than satisfactory experience and if my return visit was based on this visit, the answer would be a strong no.

  We had a group of 12 one high chair and Nana has a walker. My son just graduated HS. We called said we was coming. Not only was there literally nobody in the restaurant as far as customers the tables were not set up and ready to go for us my son had two friends from out of town join she had to add another table and they had Nana of all the people move so that they get out another table the manager was horrible he helped in no way shape or form spoke to no one in any kind of respectful manner never came to check on us to see if everything was okay we had two baskets of bread brought out still had no water no drinks or nothing and I'd say only 50% of us we're satisfied with our food order I've been a waitress for over 30 years this was by far the worst service ever on top of that it was a little expensive I do not believe we will be going back here ever management place a huge role in helping out the team that is not the case In this restaurant

  We ate here because we had a gift card. My husband and daughter had the chicken parm and both gave it a 2/10, my other daughter had the kid’s spaghetti and gave it a 1/10 and I had the simply salmon and would give it a 5/10. Overall, the quality was that of Fazoli’s, with extreme, over the top prices. We had most of the chicken parm leftover and chose not even to take it home. The bill was over $100 for our family of 4. No drinks. Our waiter was also the bartender, so multiple employees were pitching in to help. Good to see the teamwork, but overall, a poor eating out experience. We won’t be back.
