  Place was empty and after 10 minutes a guy comes in to tell us there is a 20 min wait!! This place is doomed and shutting down for sure

  Bone-in wings on BOGO Tuesday are super small. Smallest wings I've ever seen! A few were barely thicker than the bone! Since wings were so small, most were dry and hard to chew up (way over cooked)! I was at the bar with hardly anyone in the restaurant and the bartender kept disappearing, so I sat with an empty beer for a while.

  Walked in!! And it stunk! Floors were greasy! Dirty tables! Then the girl waiting on tables saw us ignored us. Then another girl comes out just stairs at us and I was like we are waiting to be seated. Then she was like all 5 of you I said yes. Then she walks and sees that the big table is still dirty with plates cups etc. Tells the other girl something then she says is a booth or table ok We said booth is fine! She went on to say I don't think you will all fit. When we sat down table was all wet menus were stuck on table. The lady was in a bad mood giving us attitude. I told my family let's go. I went and I said we are leaving because of your bad attitude. She said BYE! I walked back and said where is your manager she points at him and I saif we are leaving because of her attitude then tries to argue. I told him you need to make sure you talk to your staff about their attitude and clean your facility. He was just looking at me like he was in lala land or scared of his staff. We walked out 2 other families that were also waiting and saw everything also walked out! Hopefully the headquarters, ceo or the higher ups see this and does something about this!!. Thank you!

  So as tradition, every time my sons and I go to a tournament we go to BWW. This has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to out of countless visits to different ones in different states. Our server was sweet. When the host brought us to our table it was dirty… no big deal, she cleaned it. Ordered chips and queso to start and the queso was luke warm. The chips tasted stale. Then when we ordered they wouldn’t let us do two flavors for the 6 (every other place we go to does but that’s fine)… they said they could put the sauces on the side though. Great, no biggie, but instead of giving us two sauces (since we wanted half and half) they put both sauces in the SAME CUP because they thought half garlic parm and half Asian zing meant in the same cup 🤦🏻‍♀️. The fries came cold also. Haven't been this disappointed since my last marriage.
