  This is our go to place for any cakes for any occasions. All of the employees are extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to any need you have. They go above and beyond to make your vision of what your cake wants to look like come to my life. They have lots of treats available to pick up for a quick sweet tooth craving.

  Ordered a blackberry cheesecake for our friend’s baby sprinkle and it was delicious! McKenzie and staff were accommodating helping us find the perfect flavor/topping and the result was really lovely. We’d recommend their Turtle cheesecake as well as the Blackberry!

  Artistic Cakes did an incredible job with our wedding cake. I have a gluten allergy, and we needed options for other guests with dietary restrictions as well. The cake was so delicious that no one could even tell it was gluten-free. We received countless compliments from our guests about both the taste and presentation. If you’re looking for a bakery that can accommodate special dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or quality, Artistic Cakes is an excellent choice.

  I recently contacted Artistic Cake Bakery while searching for a cake for a 50th birthday celebration. I called ahead and was told they carried the type of cake I was looking for, so I decided to visit in person. When I arrived, there was no one at the front counter. After a short wait, an employee came out from the back. While she wasn’t openly rude, I didn’t feel welcomed as a customer. The interaction felt rushed and somewhat dismissive, especially when I explained that I had spoken with someone on the phone before arriving. I understand businesses can be busy, and it’s entirely possible I caught the employee at a stressful moment. However, first impressions matter. A simple greeting, a smile, or taking a moment to make a customer feel welcome can make a significant difference. Because of the experience, I chose not to place an order and left without making a purchase. I later visited another bakery and ended up spending approximately $350 on a birthday cake order. The difference wasn’t the product—it was the customer experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. To be fair, I cannot comment on the quality of Artistic Cake Bakery’s cakes because I never purchased one. They may very well be excellent. My review is based solely on the customer service experience I encountered during my visit. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended. Small interactions can have a big impact, and customer service is often what determines where people ultimately choose to spend their money.
