  Shorted me 4 cents due to no pennies. Yall are supposed to eat the 1 cent. Congrats on loosing a customer over 1 cent.

  (02/21/2026 at 12:30PM)First time and last time! The beef and cheddar was cold, had cheese sauce all over the bun and wrapper, just sloppy! The tenders were hard and cold, fries were little bits of pieces and were too old! I went back through the drive thru and asked the gentleman for a refund, he stated they could issue more fries because they just came up with the last order they had? An older female worker told him they could not do a refund. So we threw the food away and lost $20! Poor service, poor food preparation and just not somewhere we would ever come again!

  The staff for the PM shifts are some of the best in town, fast, kind, full of meaningful conversations. Best arbys in town.

  Food was freshly prepared and hot when we received our order 😋 Best Arby's food I've eaten since they the first time I ate there as a kid.
