  We ate inside the restaurant. First off the lady that took our order had a bad attitude. She acted putout that we asked for help after waiting at the counter. The restaurant was out of arbys sauce in the pump so we requested packages. We were only given 2. We requested more and told there was a limit of 2. The roastbeef tasted old like it was leftovers, not the normal flavor we get at arbys. When we requested our order be remade with ham and cheese melt we were told they couldn't do that but we could order new meals. Needless to say we won't be returning to this Arbys.

  Very slow. Didn't take any orders at the counter for over 10 minutes. Then took another 15 minutes to make the order. In addition they got my order wrong.

  This location was very clean. Little hard to get to. Do to center media on Maple. Little dangerous making left or right turns. My wife & I are retired. We look for places that have healthy food & offer COUPONS. They make your dinner fresh while you wait. Much better than McDonald's cold food you may get. Love their curly fries & Turn Over Cherry Pies. My wife likes their French Dip & Swiss meal.

  Worst experience ever at an Arby's will definitely never go back to this one. Staff acted like they didn't care and didn't want to be there. Took almost 30 minutes to get out food. Only thing that was good about this experience was the food was better than the service.
