  The food was good and the lobby was clean. The customer service was the opposite. No greeting and a sharp "ready to order yet" when I had just walked in and was looking at the menu. Eye rolling and sighs on every question. I asked if it was cheaper to get the meal and substitute fries with mozzarella sticks, because the truck hadn't arrived when my husband had ordered our food earlier in the day so I couldn't get curly fries. (the earlier experience was amazing, by the way). She replied with an eyeroll and said I don't know with the attitude I would expect if I had asked what Jupiter weighs. I asked if she could check and she said it wouldn't let her with the same attitude like I asked a ridiculous question. I suggested ringing up the meal, clear it, then ring the items up separate. She just blew off. I asked if they had turnovers still, since mine hadn't made it into the bag earlier when we had gotten lunch. She immediately snapped out that she wasn't giving a free one. I was snappy back when I said I didn't ask for a free one since I didn't even have that receipt and got another eyeroll. I chose the meal and asked for mozzarella sticks instead of the crinkle fries. Looked at my receipt after I returned to the semi and saw mozzarella sticks added instead of replaced, although my dogs did enjoy the fries. I have worked in retail and customer service most of my life, including fast food, and I can empathize with poor attitude most times. The behavior and attitude from Shay(according to receipt) is never acceptable.

  Man I have been going to Arby’s since I was a kid and I swear the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Had a Rueben and there was a little pile of meat in the center but nowhere on the edges. I pulled it apart to even out the meat and now it was paper thin. If you’re going to charge that much for a sandwich and least complete it. On another note…The employees were very friendly. Other than the guy making my sandwich being stingy with the meat. Lol

  I purchased the brisket BBQ Mac & cheese bowl. It was very good, but the container was only half filled. So definitely not worth the money.

  Stopped here today for my 10 hrs break it 1800 hrs, and they are already cleaning up and not selling any fried foods. So sad hire people that want to work ....

  Refunded my meal because they said it took too long. I don’t even say anything to them. And they were hustling to get orders out. That’s customer service. And the food was still hot.
