  Hey 7 brew, if one of your workers drop a LARGE drink on your customer because she was too busy flirting, shouldn’t there be more than an “oh I’m so sorry let me remake it” ?? The disrespect from some of these girls every time I go here with my husband is unbelievable

  Tired of my order consistently being wrong. I get the same thing every time. I’m not sure if some of them have hearing impairments or what the case may be. It seems like they understand everything perfectly but every time I get to the front, the lady is reading me back something I did not order. I will say they are nice about fixing it but I shouldn’t have to deal with this every single time, especially when I’m trying to make it to work.

  I love their coffee. However I went to this location this morning. I don’t frequent this location at all. The lady who took my order wasn’t very pleasant. I gave her 2 $5 bills when my order was the usual $5.85 and she returned with $0.15 change. I looked at her dismayed as I always leave $2 or $3 tip. I told her I gave her 2 $5 bills and she argued I only gave her a $5 and a $1. She asked for the change back and stormed off like I am trying to get extra money from her. I called my husband to be sure he gave me 2 $5 bills in case it was my mistake. I told her that he in fact had given me this amount and that I had it in my hand until I got to the location. I told her kindly she could look at the cameras. Very disappointed in the service. If you can’t manage money when you are slow then what are you doing while you are busy. I will never go to this location again.

The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the drinks and the exceptional service provided.
