I used to love coming to get a coffee from work but the past like 8 months all the coffees I get just taste like milk no matter what I ask them to put in it. Got a sweet and salty w extra salted caramel and I can hardly tell what I’m drinking. All I taste is milk.

DO NOT BLOCK RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS ENTRANCES - NEW 21ST & MAIZE LOCATION I am posting this review here because the new 21st Street and Maize Road location isn't fully live on Google yet, but the regional franchise management needs to see this immediately. During your soft opening / free drink hours at the 21st and Maize stand, the drive-thru lines have been absolute chaos. The traffic overflow is regularly spilling off the property and completely blocking the main entry and exit lanes for the adjacent residential apartment complex. Residents are being completely trapped and cut off from accessing their own homes, which is a major public safety and emergency vehicle hazard. To make matters worse, the volume level on the outdoor speakers is completely unacceptable for a residential area, blasting music straight into people's living spaces. Your crew needs to actively manage your traffic queues with cones and staff to ensure you are not blocking private property easements or trapping your neighbors. Please fix your layout and turn down the music volume before the official opening day.

Not sure why this location is the worst out of all the 7 Brews in Wichita. The drinks don’t taste like my other ones like on Rock Rd. The service is so bad too and it’s like they can’t keep up with the lines they have. I’m able to get in line, get my drink, and leave all within 10 min on a 7 am busy line at other 7 Brews! This is the one I live closest to so not sure what needs to change, I would like to get my normal consistent drink and service I receive from other surrounding 7 Brews.

This place used to be great coffee spot! Today will be my last day coming here! There is 8 girls who should be taking orders that are standing around talking not coming up to cars! Waiting for the car to pull up to them and only coming to the cars on the left!! It has been this way for 5 weekend in a row. . Nothing is going on no deals! Just simply people not doing ANYTHING!
