  Not the best at getting “large” orders correct. When I order for 5 or so people they regularly mess something up or forget it entirely. Always short staffed. Not great at answering the phone.

  The young lady working the drive-thru today told me the SuperSonic breakfast burrito doesn't have onions. I told her that it comes with onions at every other Sonic I've gone to. She ignored my request and the result was the burrito had an excruciating amount of onions. Make sure your staff knows the menu more than the customers, please.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a bag of ice from them and they charged me for someone else's order. A bag of ice is around $3 and I was charged $13.
