  I’m so sick of valley’s Pizza Hut!!! They can’t get an order right to save their own asses. Do not order on the app it’ll be wrong or missing something every time. Last 2 visits been shorted something and have to make a second trip to get wats owed smh best bet people is to order from dominoes in park city!!!!!!!

  The manager and staff here were great, they accepted my Disabled Veteran Tax Exemption & also gave a military discount without me asking! The restaurant was so clean and food quality was excellent. It was actually my birthday although I didn’t disclose that. We just moved here from North Carolina and love Pizza Hut so we will definitely be returning to this nice restaurant. Thank you for your support & great service, it was such an awesome experience. :) -Cerina

  I had a delivery order and it was delivered timely, hot, and correct. The driver was pleasant and professional.

  I placed a delivery order on 4/17. I was estimated a time and was tracking my order, which showed everything going well and a driver on the way to pick up my order. Then suddenly things were not going well as my order got delayed then after trying to find a driver and now my order 30 mins behind I decided to go pick it up myself. I called to inform, when I arrived I went to the drive thru and after sitting for 10/15 mins only 1 of 3 cars had moved on, so I backed out to go inside. After 2 customers canceled their order for late orders I was told my order wasn't ready, right after me a driver showed up to pick up my order, I over heard them and let them know I was there to pick up my own order since for around 30 now 45 mins on the tracking app no driver was available. After waiting for another 20 mins I finally got my order, with no apology, no nothing and not even a refund for the $4.99 that pizza hut pockets fot delievery fee. I feel bad for all customers and for deleivery drivers that show up to pick up orders and have to wait 20-30 mins for an order to be ready. There was alot of confusion by staff, they were just walking around not knowing what to do and trying to avoid customers that were upset. This is my 2nd similar bad experience in a row there. Staff there was definity not rocking it, if I was the owner. I would be worried and I would take action. Again my order was supposed to be delivery and I had to go pick up my own order! Spent $60.73 for a bad experience.
