  Staff is nice. Good luck with the order. Dry meat. They don't add toppings you pick and pay for. Vegetables taste like they were frozen the thawed out. Hands down the worst cheeseburger in Topeka and worst WhatABurger in America. Very disappointing all around. First and last visit to this location and ive eaten at WhatABurgers all over Texas. This is my only negative experience in 15 years of eating at these reatraunts.

  Waited 20+ minutes for breakfast. We were the only ones in line and they had us pull forward. I went in at the 20 minute mark to ask for an update, an employee saw me and dipped back behind to where I couldn't see/talk to them so I waited an additional couple minutes for someone to come to the front. I asked if our food was still being made and was advised they were working on it and someone was supposed to have provided an update - they never did. 20+ minutes for fast food should not be normal. Frustrated they didn't offer any sort of remediation for the issue and acted like it was normal. Food was cold and some incorrect items by the time we got it.

  Went for the first time today.. How in the hell is this place popular or even in business? Burger was dry and tasteless. Should've went to Freddy's.

  Love Whataburger. The food is great. That being said, don't go when the night shift is on. They mess up my order almost every single time. Plus they almost never give you napkins with your order. What kind of fast food joint doesnt even give you napkins. Whenever I go during the day, the service is much better.

  The food is good. Not great, but good. The prices are way too high for even a good burger joint. Went through the drive thru at about 1am. Hard difficulty communicating our order to them. Whoever was on the other end taking the order through the menu/speaker didnt seem to understand what we meant by "whatasize" (their term, printed right there on the menu) our meals so we tried the term "upsize" and finally were able to convey what we were saying by saying, "can you make it a large?" We asked for 2 cups of ice to go along with our meals (which came with a burger, fries/onion rings, and a drink) and they tried charging us 2.99 a piece. No thank you! We had one substitution on one of the burgers. They got that wrong so one of us was pretty upset when it was time to eat. Just for the record, we had not been drinking at all and couldnt have enunciated any clearer the words that were coming out of our mouths.
