  It takes them 20 minutes to make an order for 2 fries. Said fries are stale by the time I get home about 7-8 minutes later. Just terrible every step of the way.

  Someone from corporate needs to get into the Topeka store ASAP and get rid of the harsh guy. He’s absolutely terrible and disrespectful to employees and customers. The food is fine, when they get it right, but that store is a train wreck and it starts with the man whose name is on the building. There’s a reason why that specific store has such a high turnover rate. Bad managers exist. Corporate needs to take control of their store before Topeka runs Whataburger out of town.

  Whataburger indeed! If I would have known how good Whataburger is, I would have visited them a long time ago. Firstly, I tried the Chicken Sandwich with their famous hot ketchup, maybe too hot for the kiddos, but not too hot for me. My meal arrived before I could get one Facebook post made. I really like their thinly cut fries. They seem to be cooked better. When I saw the peach milkshake advertised I just had to have one and I wasn't disappointed. Once I finished my delicious chicken, I could smell the burgers cooking in the back, and you guessed it, burger time. I was very pleased with the fact that you get free refills on drinks. Be careful with their dispenser, though it comes out really fast. I had Sprite, and the mix was perfect. Everything was perfectly clean inside and the staff was very friendly. Even the restrooms were nice. Not very far from the interstate, so if you're ever coming through Topeka,Kansas, try out Whataburger.

  We wanted to try a different place for an early dinner. We chose to go to Whataburger. It was the absolute worst decision. We got two meals of burgers fries and drinks for just the mere little price of $28+. We were the only car in the Drive-Thru at the time we arrived. It took the young man approximately 7 to 8 minutes to get our order. We then moved up to the pickup window and we waited approximately 10 minutes there to get our meal. We drove home and when we opened our bags we did not have what we ordered. We wanted the extra sauce packets or tubs and we got zero. One of the sandwiches was the Avocado Burger with bacon and when I took the top bun off found that the bacon was very undercooked I know they pre-cook it somehow but this was so undercooked it it was not edible so I removed it. The avocado and the very juicy Tomatoes had made such a mess that it had all slid off the sandwich. I truly don't believe you could call it a bacon avocado sandwich by the time I was ready to take my first bite. My husband got a large order of fries and they were cold so use the air fryer to get them crispy again. We will not be returning to this establishment. If I am going to spend $28 on a meal and I don't mind doing that if I'm going to get what I ordered. What we received was crap. I firmly believe that there needs to be some training done with the staff. There is absolutely no way that somebody should have to wait 20 minutes to get a meal from a drive-thru window. It should be hot and you should get everything that you ordered.
