  Their card machine kept messing up so I was in line for a very long time and then they argued with me about the whipped cream that I ordered said that there was some on there but there was clearly not on there so they kind of threw a tantrum when I asked for them to put some whipped cream on my ice cream that I had paid for other than that it was okay ice cream was good

  I placed a mobile order ahead of time to avoid being late for work and had to park in a stall as the drive-through line was too long. Its now been 15 minutes of my order "being in the kitchen" while ive seen a single car hop outside and maybe 3 cars come out of the drive through. I dont know if theyre short staffed but im late to work now because of this so maybe staff better for the morning rush or something. This is ridiculous. Posting this at 7:58 am same day. Still "in the kitchen" which for those that haven't worked in sonic means its either not been prepared yet or its literally sitting there waiting for a car hop to take it out. Most mobiles are the latter
