  Food was great ,I'm sitting here and whoever is setting up the timeclock for the sprinklers is not competent for setting the sprinklers while the employees are trying to work spraying the employees as well as the Food

  After a long 12 hours shift just wanting a juicy cheese burger only mayo, ketchup, pickle. Well. Come here to not get what you asked and payed for. I received a cheese burger with lettuce, tomatos, onions, mayo, ketchup, pickles. Might as well put all the ingredients in your store on my burger because y'all just playing in people's food. Had a second burger that shouldn't have had onions on it but sonic loves to give onions where onions are not asked for.

  I ordered ahead on the mobile app tonight and all my food was cold and hard and I didn’t appreciate that at all. I also had to wait like 15-20 mins just for my food to get brought to me I was not happy with that at all.

  I do not know what the issues are with the work force today. Sonic is a fast food place with a lot of comfort food that people like but with the help issue you never know what you are going to get. Some times pretty good and other times is crazy. You just have to take your chances and laugh 😃

  Came here the othe night with my sister to get something to drink. I pull up to the drive thru and wait in line. We sit at the intercom for minute and there is nothing, no response, no acknowledgement, nothing. I pull around anyways thinking their coms might be down again/slammed the only car in front pulls away and at no long some opens the window and rattles an order, we say it's not ours and say we couldn't place an order and trying to figure out what is going on. I am then very rudely told by the lady that "I am the only one taking orders tonight, so you're gonna need to be patient, sorry". The sorry was rather sarcastic to boot. Don't get me wrong, I know busy nights can be brutal, I have worked food service for four years now. But that was some out right rude behavior, especially if she was a manager, which I suspect she was. Genuinely I would rather add extra/gas to go to a different sonic location than this one.
