  We ordered the Pepperoni Melts, 2 of them with a stuffed crust Pepperoni pizza. Everything was so good and the gentleman working was very polite and friendly. This was our first time trying the Pepperoni Melts! We will order again. Thank you

  After a 12.5 hour shift I decided to order a pizza, I live about 10 minutes from this store. I got home and found the pizza was raw... uncooked dough. I was furious and threw it out. Too exhausted physically and mentally to contact the store...I provided feedback the next day when they sent a survey and requested a call. Nothing. So I went to the website a few days after not hearing anything and sent the info again. Received an email requesting I bring the product back for a refund.... seriously!?! What a joke this location is. And for the store manager to give this a stamp of approval when there's no way they'd eat that.

  I’ve ordered at that location numerous times because it’s proximity to my house. I’ve never had an order that was wrong. The pizzas have always been hot and fresh and always on time.

  I love this location. I have had a bad experience at another location in Topeka. We ordered late, but well before closing time. Evidently the guy had done a lot of his closing duties, and was angry with us ordering. The pizza was terrible and the man was incredibly rude. I apologized,and he continued with the rude behavior. Anyway, I have had numerous experiences with the 37th and Burlingame store, with the pizza always prepared just as it was ordered, and the employees were always friendly and professional. Will always go there when ordering from Pizza Hut!
