- DDDanielJul 27, 20254.0Great location and food other than I don't understand why this place can never get the sauces right. Everything else is accurate so it's weird this small thing is wrong every single order.
- BBBelinda BomhoffDec 9, 20221.0Use to live papa John's. Lived and worked where there was no Papa John's for awhile. Moved and work in delivery area so decided to get my old favorite. It was horrible... I paid to add mushrooms and there was maybe half a dozen slices of mushrooms on the whole pie. The best thing about it was the crust with garlic dipping sauce . Is it because of the Washburn location or is it because no Papa left at Papa John's? I'll never know because I will never order Papa Johns again. Oh, delivery driver was great but she was Door Dash
- ACAshley ChaseJul 9, 20211.0The pizza was burnt it was horrible and I love papa john's and I I will not eat at very many or pizza places. But last time it horrible.
- BDBrandy DeBuskApr 25, 20161.0I've had nothing but bad experience after bad experience with this location. Today I was hung up on 4 times and when asked for a manager I was hung up on. Called corporate and they couldn't even help with my cold pizza. So I'm out of my money now. I paid for a cold pizza and a horrid experience. Corporate said they would have someone call in 3-5 business days. OH AND IF YOU HAVE A BAD PIZZA YOU CANT EAT MORE THAN 2 SLIECES BECAUSE THEY GIVE THE PIZZA AWAY?!? WHO WANTS TO EAT A PIZZA THATS BEEN IN SOMEONE ELSES MOUTH?!? THIS IS A JOKE!!! If I could rate this store a -100 I would. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy!
