  It's really annoying that this location accepts cash-only roughly half of the time I go there. Whatever issues they are having with their POS or Credit Card systems needs to be addressed by upper management. Otherwise, they're constantly gonna lose money to Whataburger, which can reliably accept the dominant forms of payment

  Great place. I don’t use the kiosks. I will always go to the counter to make sure people have jobs instead of computers. The young kid taking the order missed a customization request. Not a big deal but the only negative we had. The food was as good as could be expected for fast food. The shift manager was wonderful, and really made the experience great.

  This is not a bad review towards the staff or this McDonalds. This is a blanket complaint about all McDonalds and not being able to get sauce, any sauce that you would prefer with whatever it is that you order. Why is it that McDonalds dictates what sauce you should have with a meal. They only want you to have sauces with their nuggets. People have different taste. I particularly, would rather dip my fries in your barbecue sauce and not ketchup, and I also like to dip my burgers in your barbecue sauce. And when you ask for sauce, they say they can only give you one, so I’m supposed to dip my burger and all my fries in that one little bitty container. I would need at least three. McDonald’s is a big company, they can afford it. It’s not like people are going in there and grabbing 40 of them and throwing them up against the walls. We use them for our meals. You can go to any other restaurant and they give you whatever sauce you want and however many you want. McDonald’s wants to dictate to you only one. Out of all the restaurants in Topeka I chose to go to McDonald’s and I can’t even get what I want with my order.

  It’s McDonald’s we all know what we’re gonna get product wise. The good part about this McDonald’s is the customer service is top-notch! It’s getting pretty expensive just for fast food. use the value menu, even though it’s still pricey still the best bang for your buck. I think the app is the best way to order and purchase your food because of the rewards and offers. You can usually get a discount or earn a free product.
