    I wasn't going to eat at McDonald's ever again but I decided to try the McDonald's on wannamaker, since all the other one's in Kansas suck, we got rude service from this young girl, she refused to put Mac sauce on my burger then I told her for here, she called my number then I didn't get a tray, then the fries were hard and I ask for fresh ones, she told me that's how we make them, I told her, that's not true, McDonald's fries are usually nice and soft, another customer was complaining about the hard, burned fries but she didn't offer to replace them or give anyone's money back. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER MCDONALD'S IN KANSAS EVER AGAIN! It's sad that the managers and the owners don't care about good customer service.. seriously, everyone needs to stop eating at McDonald's, make a statement. We need better customer service, this is absolutely ridiculous! I took pride at my store when I was the manager, I never would have allowed that to go on. Such rudeness and arrogance from the employees. McDonald's has gone down hill..

    All the team should be fired, they’re bunch of irresponsible employees, all the orders are incorrect though we tried to communicate it and they told us we are gonna fix it. WORST BRANCH EVER!

    On my last two bites ,This thing come out in the Mc chicken. Rubbery. I don’t know what to say. I just hope it is from the chicken. But I seriously doubt it.

    The sign says open dinning room till 11 pm but told us we needed to leave at 10:15 as they are getting ready to close inside.
