  20 piece nuggets and basket of fries for less than 10$ is hard to beat.

  Food is normally good at McDonald's, however, the customer service has gone to poop.. The McDonald's in North Topeka was rude, I went in for water , just water before I wanted food but I decided not to eat their.. I walked in, and stood at the counter and waited and waited, the lady manager with long black hair, she had it up today, she looked at me and so did the girl at the fry station, then they laughed and talked in Spanish so I couldn't understand them. No one was offering any help so I finally ask if I could have water without ice , it still took a long time... where is the friendly smiles and the good customer service, we'll, you won't get that at any McDonald's in Topeka.. They seriously need new management. IT'S sad that it's not about the customer anymore, it's all about just money.. I'm so disappointed in the people that own McDonald's, they should teach their people manners and good customer service.. I use to be a manager at McDonald's in California and it was so good there.. I made sure the customers were greeted as they walked in. No one should be standing there waiting for someone to help them especially when the place isn't busy.. so many people want the pay but they don't want to actually work. I hope some day people will demand respect for themselves and eat at places where the manager and employees will actually give them good customer service and be respectful to their customers.

  McDonald's on N Topeka is a decent place. The food is typically hot and fresh. They do tend to have drive thru cars park to wait for food. This location is really good at getting the orders right the 1st time. The apple pies are a hit and miss though. Sometimes you get the fresh pies and other times you get the pies that have been sitting for so long that it has become chewy. The customer service is as expected and the staff is friendly. It is a good place to grab a quick bite on the go.

  It's like the service gets worse everyone is go. They recently seem to not want to make sweet tea for the drive thru or just don't want to take the extra steps and get it from the lobby. They "try" to hard to rush and end up messing up my order every time. I specifically tell them I'm allergic to tomatoes and ask that they change their gloves, I know that they don't because both times I've had a reaction, when I've called and told them they say "they don't accommodate allergies." Well I don't accommodate incompetency so I won't return to ANY McDonald's. Prices are too high, food is excessive with grease, and there seems to be a lack of motivation with employees and management. Cooperation need to be more vigilant in checking on who they have running their stores. They lose a lot of business like this
