  Missing half of the items in my bag, called to inform them because I live far away and they hung up on me twice. Just go to any other mcdonalds in town.

  Ate here before a few times.. always a ridiculously long line, but that’s beside the point for this review. Today, I went inside and used my rewards for a free Big Mac. The wait was less than 4 minutes which was impressive for this location. Manager brought it over to me and was friendly enough. Sandwich looked normal just by looking at it. I bit into said sandwich and tasted something off about it.. flipped sandwich over and the whole bottom bun was covered in mold. YUCK! 🤢 immediately freaked out and brought it over to the employees and didn’t speak much since I was trying not to completely barf all over the place.. management offered me a free meal card. The employees all looked at me empathetically but weren’t apologetic at all. I took the card because what else would I do for a technical free meal (from rewards)? But I am definitely turned off of McDonalds now and gave my card away as I have no interest in ever going back. I am so disgusted. Almost two hours later after the incident, I still taste mold in my mouth, no matter how much I drink to attempt to wash the taste away. they have GOT to do a better job at food quality control!!! I would understand a little mold, as some of my bread at home can get moldy before I even open the package, but all the mold that was on that bottom bun was astonishing. I truly wish I had grabbed a photo before I pushed it at the employees. Freaking gross!! Do better.

  Ordered through the APP, the order popped up on the screen, and I was asked to pull forward. Pull up to the second window, and they stated they didn't have my order. Ask to speak to the manager they told me to pull forward. It's a reason I ordered on the APP to have my order ready. The manager cussed me out and slammed the window. I get it, they hire folks who are new arrivals to the country, but they were disrespectful and won't go back. Need new leadership.
