  We came here to eat around 4pm on a Wednesday. There was only one other person eating in the lobby. My brother and I placed our orders, and before I could get my card out to pay, the sandwich builder had our order done! Amazingly quick for two 8inch sandwiches! Lobby was clean and inviting, so we added some drinks and ate there. When we got up to leave, the workers told us "Thank you have a good day!". Fast and friendly service, great experience, we will be back!

  So incredibly slow at this location Everytime. They also do not pay any attention to not fo they do you any of the cu as tomizations you ask for the or order on the app. They also do not give nearly the toppings as the other locations, sandwiches are aways ok n hard bread here as well. 4th and last visit to this location.every visit I had exact same outcome- hard bread, no toppings, customizations not followed . Asked for sandwich to be cut each visit as well and not once was it done. Also took anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes waiting beyond what my order ahead time said my order would be done and on EVERY visit. Wasted enough of my life in their lines. done.

  Very friendly, great energy from the team and this location was supportive In my goal of obtaining two large jars of those Jimmy Peppers! I’ve always asked stores in the past and they’ve said no. Thank you to the Pepper King GM on site today who made my pepper dream come true!

  we waited here for almost an hour for our sandwiches. they never told us they were waiting on bread to arrive and continued making others orders. never coming back here.

  3/1/26 @ 7:30pm First time at a Jimmy John's. I got the ultimate Italian and it was not good. I ended up throwing 3/4 of it out. On top of that my coworker was trying to get a giant size sub and the girl told him they didn't have anymore bread so he needed to get the regular size. What??? It's 7:30, you guys close at 10. Maybe she meant something else, idk. I guess she helped him out tho because he ended up throwing his out too so he didn't waste as much money. Dude who took my order seemed chill. Only positive thing about it.
