  Today was the most pathetic excuse for a business, I have ever seen. From store #1040 I ordered a sandwich, online confirmed within 30 seconds.per google maps, it is 7 min. walk. It took close to a hour to recive the order (check #125). Instructions were not followed, extra items were not included (that I paid for). The excuse that I received was a staffing shortfall. Your business operation standards, is not my concern. If you can make a sandwich in 3 minutes, couldn't you at least spend 7 imn to walk it over to the Endeavor Inn & Suites.instead of letting a customer wait for close to a hour. The to top it all off I ordered a strawberry lemonade, which arrived Luke warm and all the ice melted. This is not the first time this has happened, after reading the reviews. Maybe it's time to look at different leadership people. This will go on several different platforms to get attention, this is the type of publicity that can start a downhill slide, from social media. Good luck with this issue!

  Poor labeling resulted in a screw up of sandwiches. Overall ruined the experience for multiple people would not recommend take out.

  Just had the worst fast food experience ever. And then we went to jimmy johns. Good job knowing how to make food quickly. That’s all we really need

  Not a good experience. Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 made with totally different ingredients. Another example of a Jimmy Johns that used to be a beacon of pride in their work and now it's a race to hire the most disinterested and unemployable people to make sandwiches at the cheapest possible rate. These stores used to chase excellence and it's been a long time since I left feeling like I had a good experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  This is the second time I have gotten sick from eating here. First time I thought maybe just caught a bug- no. I am sick again. Stomach pains and bad tummy problems. Save your money and your tummy.
