  Ordered online to be delivered to my hotel less than a mile away. Took over an hour and order was wrong. Paid for a chocolate chip cookie that wasn't in the bag. I've ordered from Jimmy John's many times across the country and this was by far the worst experience I've had. I won't order from this location again.

  My wife placed and order for seven subs, when I showed up to pickup, was told they cancelled the order with no explanation why. Now we are battling with Uber eats to get a refund. Will not be ordering from them again.

  1st order (delivered): requested sandwiches to be marked and cut in half, neither were done 2nd order (drive thru): thought ordered full subs, all half, none marked again, 2 were to have pickles and they have none and cucumbers were put on wrong sandwich.

  Great food. Great prices. Freaking fast. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars, they are limited on what you can have on the sandwich and they don't heat the sandwich up.
