Tots wasn't hot because we was waiting for the car in front while our food sat. They always mess up. Used to be good but downhill hard

It’s 8 o’clock in the morning, and they let me order and didn’t tell me they were out of four things until I got to the window. Every cold item on the drink menu on both screens is unavailable today. Forced to sit in line for 20 minutes to find out that there’s virtually nothing available except for a vanilla, and then have to sit in line for another 45 minutes to drive off empty-handed.

They're out of large and medium iced drink cups on a Monday morning. I have an appointment to get to by 845 and I'm worried I won't make it out of this line. I'd hop the curb but they've strategically planted trees to keep you trapped in their line that only gets about 1 car through every 10 minutes. Edit: after a whopping 45 minute wait, I finally made it to the window. They had no idea what my order was. I had 2 small iced coffees. They weren't even ready. I just left.

Service was slow but they at least knew how to prepare the food and drinks. Staffing always seemed to be an issue but you always got your order eventually. This location has now declined so bad over the last year or so that I am done with Dunkin again. They are always out of key ingredients. Twice I've gone they literally had no donuts at 8am. Today they had no eggs, no cheese and no sausage to make any kind of sandwich. They rarely have any kind of bagel. Multiple times they have been out of assorted milk products for coffee so you are forced to pick something else or give up on having coffee at all. The best part is that they can't refund anything that you order and don't get because they are out of it. The staff there is really rude and openly talk badly about other customers and employees while attempting to assemble orders with whatever limited ingredients they have on hand that day.
