  Worst chipotle in Topeka, never has any steak every time I come (at least twice in two months)….pay more for some people who can forecast steak running out.sick of waiting in line just for me to get up there when steak is out. Figure it out.

  Well I'm just stating the facts. I know there are indigenous people in Kansas black people for some reason when I went to this Chipotle I know they were training a young man so you know he was literally shaking the spoon a little too much when I observed. So I basically just asked him not to shake it. I don't mind paying for it. I know the owner of Chipotle lied to everybody on TV saying that they don't shake the spoon no more but that's not true. So anyway when I got down to paying for my food I asked the cash register personnel. Hey do you have change for 20? He was like let me go get the key. I don't have the key for the register. Okay fine. He makes me wait 5 minutes to come back to tell me he can't find the key and I just made the comment I was like. Hey, I'm not going to be the only black face you see that come through here. Don't be nervous. I'm not about to rob you. I was just trying to get change so I could tip y'all but since you don't have the key for the register and you can't open it, it's okay and just pay for my food and left the most awkward feeling of getting food from this Chipotle. Very weird

  Paid $14 for a rice and soup bowl. Would’ve have been like $17 if I didn’t have a free guac coupon. I ate 4 bites that had meat on it and now it’s just a big bowl of rice, beans, cheese, guac, and corn salsa. They are really stingy with the beef barbacoa. I don’t care if yall reply I’m sorry for the inconvenience that’s not how we do things cus if that were true I wouldn’t be on here making a bad review. Just start adding more meat!

  This place was nasty, food all over the floor (behind the kitchen and serving area) drink area was gross and service was even worse. I would have took more pics but couldn’t. I will never be back here.

  I love Chipotle, but this experience couldn't have been worse. I ordered through app, while on road trip. Picked up the order, turned out it didn't have napkins or utensils even though I requested them in my order. Didn't get receipt to my order either. The food was... very disappointing. It wasn't how I asked and the chicken was burned first of all, second of all the spices were only on one side of the chicken, making it unbearably hot while the other side was left tasteless. The peppers in fajita veggies were not really cut, had enormously big pieces and also burned. Worst Chipotle restaurant I ate at. Would not come back.
