  Nick. Bro, learn to count. We ordered 3 bowls and 3 drinks to go at the counter, and you only handed us one drink and opened it for our togo order, I had to ask for the other 2 I should have double checked the order before leaving but I didn't think putting something in a bag was that difficult, because you couldn't even get stacking 3 bowls right we only got 2. Don't smoke during work if you can't count to 3.

  Once or twice isn’t an issue, but I honestly cannot count on two hands how many times I’ve showed up 2 1/2 or 3 hours before close and they’re out of like 5 ingredients. And steak is always on that list lol

  The “lettuce” they did add to my bowl was all brown, who serves brown lettuce? I don’t want spinach but that was on my take out bowl. Bleh. He also put my husbands bowl in someone else’s to go bag so that’s great.

  The food is good like always but I’m gonna stay away from the Wanamaker location that place is really nasty everything needs a deep cleaning. The restrooms and hallway are ridiculously dirty and smells like a homeless camp and the employees are dragging everything down to the kitchen when using the restroom the last few months have been terrible going to that place so now I have to drive across town to the other locations hopefully they will be cleaner. I will report this to the right authorities

  I had never left a bad review, but I’m so over this. This is the 5th time in a row I’ve had my order messed up. I went in to order for to go. The guy waiting on me wasn’t very friendly which is fine. But as he’s filling my order he filled up my bowl with rice and put hardly anything else (proteins or extras) on. He put the guacamole on my bowl and asked how it looks. I said, “can I get some more guac” and he just stared blankly at me, makes a face and goes “oh so you want double” and I said “no I would just like the full scoop.” It was barely 1/4 full. And I have pictures. I worked at chipotle in Manhattan I know the standards this bowl is supposed to met and it was so far from it. I enjoy the food (when they get it right) but almost every experience I have here is awful. It’s just been building and building to this point, they always let me down.
