  I just ordered a "Double" Steak Bowl with a large queso, large guacamole, and large chips. So it wasn't cheap! I asked for double steak, thinking they would load up the steak, but that couldn't be farthest from the truth!!! The dude literally made it seem like the quantity of food was coming out of his paycheck!! The spoon for the meat WASNT EVEN FULL when he was scooping into the steak!!!! AND I ASKED FOR DOUBLE!!! (No I didn't pay for the double steak because I used my rewards, but that is what that is for!!!) You can tell the guy didn't want to me be there anyway, telling the cashier "since I was here first, that means I'll be going on break first. Right?" And she said "no, actually I got here first." Like bro, don't even work there if you're going to serve UNDER the amount of food you SHOULD be giving and when you don't want to be there anyway! Wanamaker Chipotle..... train your staff better! I do just want to say, that the cashier lady was very sweet! Wish she was serving me!!

  By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Place was a mess and the employees had a terrible attitude and they didn’t get my order right. Charge me for a large drink and forgot to give it to me and when I asked for it they give me a small. The first guy running tortilla, looked like he absolutely wanted to end himself. As for a tortilla on the side and he put the tortilla in the heater for literally three seconds, which doesn’t cook/heat it thoroughly enough.

  I had a personal online order and I waited 40 minutes to pick it up. I understand that sometimes things get busy and we fall behind but once I got my food I took it home and they had put the wrong bowl in the bag so I got someone else’s order and not mine. I usually don’t have these issues here, but I was disappointed.

  I love their food, but this locations portion size varies more than I would like. The main issue is that my order was estimated to be ready at 6:50. It was for a burrito and chip order, nothing crazy. I waited inside until 7:32. No complimentary water or anything. I was also told you can’t get a refund from location but have to request it from corporate. If that’s true that’s bonkers. I know things can get busy but that was excessive.

  This place was pretty bad they didn’t give me any silverware, horrible attitudes by the way they walk right pass you and don’t say anything we had waited 20 minutes to even get some type of service and when we did it had lots of hair in it and chunks of chicken definitely wouldn’t come again and don’t recommend coming if you want good service and good food!! absolutely horrible by the way will never come again
