  The food was excellent, but that is to be expected from Cava. What I did not expect was the above and beyond customer service. Trey was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but he was super friendly and personable. He seemed genuinely pleased to serve me, and even offered a menu recommendation (which ended up being spot-on).

  Listen, give this location its flowers. We don’t live in the area but always stop when we pass by. Always have a good experience. And the staff is always a vibe / friendly. And food is always tasty; the only perfect balance of flavors and options.

  Had an awesome experience at CAVA thanks to Trey. He was extremely friendly, professional, and had a great attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and making sure people have a good experience. He was patient, helpful, and kept everything moving smoothly even while busy. Employees like Trey are the reason people come back. Definitely deserves recognition for his hard work and positive personality!

  I really wish I got the names of the employees who helped me out today but I went on 05/06/26 at around 1 pm which is during Cavas lunch rush. This was absolutely the best service I have ever experienced at Cava, heck at any quick lunch spot. Everytime I go into cava I am treated with the most kindness and in return i keep coming back. I always crave their spicy lamb meatballs and today they were perfection! With each time that I go back it’s busier and busier, which should tell you how good the food is, and the employees absolutely crush it and provided quick but awesome service. Wish I got a picture before I started munching on my bowl but you’ll have to trust me when I say it not only looked amazing but tasted amazing too.

  As someone who is an AVID CAVA lover and would drive weekly to the KC locations, I was excited when Topeka finally got a CAVA but our location leaves a lot to be desired! Today I went and they were out of romaine lettuce, lentils, corn, and ICE! I still got my bowl because I wasn’t informed of the outages until rice was already placed in it. Once I got home to eat my pita chips were stale and the rice in my bowl was hard and old . This is not my first time being disappointed with the quality of food served at this location. Also this location is always a mess near the drink station and silverware line! I have even report to staff strands of long hair being in with the silverware. Guess I will have to resume my trips to KC when I want CAVA
