  Gave my name and they clearly called another name. I didn’t get up and the lady at the register walked to my table with an attitude and slammed my tray on the table. Very rude and disrespectful. If they wld have said my name I would have gotten up. Need better customer service at this location

  Manager was kind and definitely tried to make up for what the drive thru cashier lacked. However, if you don't have customer service skills DON'T work in the customer service business! The drive thru cashier was very rude, she didn't ask if we needed anything and continued to interrupt us telling us to pull forward.

  Ordered a roast beef sandwhich and received an incredibly soggy bun with hard gritty dark looking meat that smelled strongly like wet dog in a ripped wrapper.

  The shift manager was very rude to her employees in front of guests. And quite frankly was rude to me! She tried to show her employee how to ring up something and did it wrong. She ended up charging me twice! I waited over 20 minutes for her to figure out what she was doing. Ended up charging me $40 for 2 scoops of chicken salad! The chicken salad was great! Wish you had it all year long! Tables dirty!
