  Great coffee and usually great service! Sometimes there is a decently long line/wait time but it's worth it. Definitely recommend the Iced German Chocolate.

  I had the most amazing experience today. My coffee was delicious and everything I wanted. I’m sorry to say that I can’t give five stars to the girl who is taking my order. She seemed more intent on moving to the music and talking to the guy inside. It was kind of disappointing until I noticed that in the line next to me all those people were having a great experience With the girl who was taking their orders. I have to admit, I was a little envious and wished I would’ve gotten in that line. The girl looked over and noticed my dog. She came up to the window and started talking. She was so personable and just had the best attitude. She asked me if I had ordered a pup cup and I said I didn’t even know 7Brew Had pup cups. She immediately went and got one. I found out her name is Campbell. She absolutely changed my perspective on my visit. What I would’ve wanted to have said to the girl who waited on me, would she need to notice Campbell and be more like her. She truly is the representative that this company Would want to represent them. Thank you Campbell, I’ll be back and I’ll be looking for you in line. I have absolutely no doubt bless each and everyone of your customers.

  3 stars because you don't accept legal tender at your location. I was told they can't accept pennies and my order was rounded up from $6.01 to $6.05 even with exact change. I get it, it's only 4 cents, but that's a poor business practice and not how math works at all.

  I have been to this establishment 4 times and each time I have spent no LESS than 35 minutes in line, Today was 50. Not ok, They have 2 people taking and handing out orders and ATLEAST 4 people making drinks each time.

  Went today around 10:30am and there were at least 6 cars on each side of the entrance waiting to turn in. We all finally got in to see that per usual employees are chit chatting it up with customers to the point where there were 4 employees at one customers window just having a conversation as if their line wasn’t backed up into the street. Most of the cars in both lines hadn’t even had their order taken. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous and they wonder why they don’t get tipped. I use to go to 7 brew everyday because of the quick service and amazing attitude. This location has really gone downhill and of course it’s the only one in Topeka. They really need to get on it with the new locations they’re supposedly building
