Yesterday after 2 hours, they still hadn't even started to make my pizza and had no idea when my order would even be ready. They were about 40 pizzas behind. We ended up canceling our order and I'm guessing quite a few other customers did the same. Every pizza we order is wrong. Is it really that hard to put the right toppings on a pizza? They recently remodeled the store, which is nice. They need to remodel the staff.

I was the only customer the pizza rack was empty. I canceled my order, called to complain and a cop showed up today to tell me I'm banned for a year to this location. Over Pizza one pizza.
