  The place is completely disgusting i understand that it’s in a truck stop the lady who took my order was so rude and nasty says there is no ice cream but you can clearly see peoples icecream that was already made

  We stopped here on our way across the country. The service was great. The food was delicious and hot. We both had the $7.00 meal deal. It is a great value with plenty of food. It's been a while since we've been to a Sonic. We will find ourselves back more often. Yum..

  Ordered 2 burgers - 1 without lettuce 1 without pickles- neither were correct. Slow slow service. Has been over a year since we stopped in there... thought we'd give them another try. BIG MISTAKE!!

  The worst experience ever . I ordered a strawberry shake at the drive through and what I got was a vanilla shake and I showed her and she said very snotty voice and attitude there are strawberries in there . I said okay ( looking down at my white vanilla shake) can I have it mixed She said she would have make a new one . Ok that's fine then she made me another and as she was handing to me she snotty said I will not make you another one I'm done waiting on you and told me to leave or she'll call the cops .( I was only there a few minutes at that time .) I said over shakes? OK then she slammed the glass windows turned her back towards me so I honked and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager I think the cops have more important things to take care of but if you want to call the cops go ahead and then I pulled into a stall and called them myself over something so stupid. So 3 Officers showed up over shakes. She came back out with Officers and told me I am no longer able to go back to Sonic .over a shake. I don't understand her attitude right off the bat . She wouldn't give me her name. She middle age blonde at South Hutchinson Sonic . I was kept there for 45 minutes over a strawberry shake that she didn't know how to make a strawberry shake. I was there Sunday May 31st at 330pm and between her sick behavior and the cops a good hour if not more . Who ever owns that franchise need to take a harder look who they hire for manager. I have never been treated so rudely. I'm sure she made up a story to tell the Officers. I took pictures of both my vanilla shakes and that is what they tasted like vanilla. No Strawberries What makes things worse for me is that I was stuck in my truck and I'm disabled and recently had back surgery and was very extremely painful to have to seat that long . This should have never happened to any customers to be treated so rudely. I have never met anyone has hateful as she was. I hope no one else gets treated that way
