That was surprising since the one I used to go to always asks for a tip even after I decline it online (because I picked carry out). It’s a little dumb, but I appreciated not having to feel like I had to tip.

I’ve been to this Pizza Hut multiple times but this last time was it for me finding three hair strands in the pizza. 80.00 worth of pizza thrown away. Update I’ve yet to hear anything from corporate. Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service on all levels.
