  Overpriced. Low quality. They forgot our Mac n cheese. If it’s going to cost so much, at least get it right :(

  It’s Panera. I have the Sips coffee subscription because it’s easy and cheap. This Panera, I frequent regularly because it’s close to work, is regularly out of coffee. Every day. And the floors are often so sticky it feels like your shoes might come off. Never my experience at other Paneras. Just this one.

  Haven’t been back to Panera since they took the potato soup off the menu. Got very excited when I heard it came back. Unfortunately that’s not true😢it’s not the same without the soup. I probably will not come back.

  Keelie was very professional, kind and friendly! The manager was also very warm and inviting, and seemed to be attentive to both staff and customers. Everyone smiling! Also, classic Panera comfort food.

  I've put off this review hoping that I'd be a little less angry and I am less angry, but I'm still frustrated and now also sick. Friday afternoon I placed an online order for drive thru pickup. I ordered one of the new salad stuffers with chips and a drink. I work close by so the drive thru pickup should be convenient for my 30 minute lunch. But no. I spent my entire break waiting in that drive thru. (And it's one of those ones that once you're in it you can't really get out without your vehicle needing an alignment.) I was late back to work. And my food? It was basically a hollowed out roll full of ranch dressing. Literally so. Much. Dressing. And wilty lettuce. I ate maybe a third of it before deciding to make do with just my kettle chips and drink and went back to work. 10 hours later I got to regret this lunchtime decision in a whole new way. It's Sunday and I'm still regretting it and if my bathroom could speak, it would too. I obviously can't say with 100% certainty that I got my stomach bug from Panera. But I can say that it's the only source that makes sense based on the timing and where I've been and who I've been near. Y'all may want to revisit your hand washing policy to ensure you aren't serving norovirus with your bread bowls.
