  A group of friends and I ordered delivery, and 2 of our bags of chips were missing. I called the store and the person I spoke with, Spencer, was rude and unhelpful on the phone. He stated 'it would be impossible' to do a partial refund for our missing items. He said the only option was store credit (why would I ever buy food from this store again?), and that they wouldn't be able give me a gift card. I genuinely don't care about losing out on $5 worth of food, but the priciple of the matter is obnoxious. What Point of Sale in 2026 doesn't allow partial refunds? Spencer was belittling and made me feel like I was bothering him for contacting the store for our missing food.

  Shame on the management at this location! Not ok with them cursing at their staff making them feel incompetent. That's failure on them as they were not trained properly! Zero 🌟's for this location!

  We ordered the Turkey Tom and a Club sandwich, and both items were good. Unfortunately, the staff were not impressive and lacked the welcoming energy you usually expect. While the food hits the spot, the customer service definitely missed the mark. We were the only customers, yet every both table was dirty

  Freaky fast and absolutely delicious. #8 Billy Club is my favorite.
