  I stopped by this Jimmy John’s expecting a quick, decent sandwich. What I got instead felt like I accidentally walked into a reality show audition. All four employees on shift had very fresh, very noticeable hickeys. I’m not here to judge anyone’s personal life, but it was… a lot. At one point I genuinely wondered if I had missed a memo about a new uniform requirement. Unfortunately, the sandwich didn’t steal the spotlight back. I ordered the #10, and it showed up dry enough to qualify as a desert climate study. The mayonnaise situation? Practically a rumor. I think I may have spotted it once, briefly, before it disappeared. Service-wise, the energy could best be described as “haunted break room.” No smiles, no greetings—just vibes. All in all, between the unexpected visual theme and the underwhelming food, this wasn’t exactly “freaky fast,” unless we’re talking about how fast I decided I won’t be coming back.

  Ordered online for an office meeting. To be delivered at 11:45. No food by noon. Called store and they said they called an Uber to pick it up and it was out of their control. Uber did not even pick up food until 12:15. Jimmy John's did not taking responsibility. Sandwich orders were wrong too. Young kids at store that do not care how the reflect for their employer. I would be surprised if the owner cares. We will see if they respond.

  4 employees only one actually doing the work. Others were too preoccupied with their phones to pay attention to the tables needing cleaned. Also, why do they park as close to the entrance as possible, forcing customers to have to park further away. Owner should address this.
