- SSSBMar 30, 20261.0I had dinner at Chipotle with my husband and we spent $27. During our visit, I asked if we could sample the new cilantro sauce and I was told it would cost $5 just for a sample. That’s unreasonable, customers should be able to sample a new sauce before committing to it. On top of that, the staff was rude when responding to my request, which made the experience even worse. Between the poor service and the lack of customer care, we won’t be returning to this location.
