  Don’t have this place cater for you, they don’t follow instructions and don’t bring everything you ask for. When you call to get what you need brought in, they say they can’t do anything or make a second delivery even though it’s their screw up.

  I seem to always draw the shortest straw when I come here. Got here on a Sunday post gym, starving, and hoping that I would get a normal sized bowl. I wasn't even hoping for the colossal bowls they used to give us. When I got there, the workers were not happy whenever I pointed out what I wanted in the bowl, and when I asked for extra cheese, she, with an attitude, picked up a couple extra strands of cheese. The bowls ended up not even being half full, and now the two bowls I got, one for me and one for my mom, weigh the same amount as a typical single bowl. I'm sort of at my limit in terms of giving Chipotle second chances when time after time they disappoint me with their inconsistent and diminishing portion sizes. $29 for two small bowls is highway robbery.

  I got a burrito and there was so much food waste smeared everywhere on the order making area that I got sour cream all over my burrito it’s like they used it as a napkin. Also I don’t want my food touching the employees dirty aprons!

  It was my first time at chipotle and it was horrible,workers just stared when I said anything to them and were just very rude in general

  Terrible service. The line was incredibly long, and people were getting desperate because the employees didn't even seem to know what they were doing. They were very slow and served miserly portions of food; they don't even know how to wrap a burrito properly. In the end, my burrito was poorly wrapped—the tortilla was completely torn, and the presentation was awful. They really need to train their staff better, or hire some Latino workers, as they tend to be faster. I definitely won't be returning to this Chipotle; I am very disappointed.
