- MRMatthew Rehard2 days ago5.0Came in late closer to closing time than I like. But it was a storm and a young lady named Sarah came out I. The rain to tell us the power outage impacted their system so they had to close a few minutes early. She didn’t have to come out there in a Thunderstorm but she did! She valued our time more than her own and our safety. You can’t teach the type of people skills she has. Aidan was very professional as well! They both are what chic-fil-a should strive for.

They should park them in another area or make their claims inside the store. People who only take time and it's supposed to be fast service.

Even though we were being kinda rude, he stayed calm, respectful, and super kind the whole time. He didn’t switch up his attitude at all and still treated us with patience and professionalism. That really says a lot about him. People like that make a big difference Zander deserves recognition for sure.
