  Ordered and paid in the drive thru then pulled up to the window got our drinks and then was accused I hadn’t paid. I was told to wait while someone else came over then I showed them my bank account and had two charges on my card. I was told to wait then she came back five minutes later and said oh you can go. I still have two charges on my account and was more embarrassed while everyone else was leaving.

  Came here during their opening. Asked basic questions about what their drinks and menu are that lead to blank stares. When I just asked for a simple vanilla latte, it tasted way too sweet. Just pure sugar. I’m assuming they have to cover up bad coffee with sugar.

  We live by them and they constantly scream and yell and blast their music. I understand it’s exciting and they are trying to get on the map, but people live here also.We have tried being nice and asking them politely, even going through the driveway. But there hasn’t been any change, if anything it has escalated more and louder. Seriously can we enjoy our space as well? Not trying to sound like a Karen just want to be polite neighbors. Please be considerate of other people! We tried calling but of course it’s an automated system. Thank you for Hopfully taking the time to read this.

  I came the day after the grand opening and the person who took my order asked if I would like my drink deconstructed. I frequently order deconstructed drinks from 7 brew, so I was shocked to return the very next day and be told “we don’t do that at this 7 brew”. After asking why no one could give me a direct answer and I sadly had to leave with no drinks. I was very excited to have a 7 brew opening in Shawnee. Needless to say my experience was disappointing.

  The guy with me in the drive through took the time to connect and talk to me while I was waiting on my coffee. Super friendly. The lady taking my order was helpful as I was trying to figure out what I wanted to order. He asked me questions and seemed genuinely interested in my answer.
