    I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen, and I don’t believe every issue is necessarily the owner’s fault. However, I believe customers deserve fair pricing, clear explanations, and respectful customer service. I visited your location because I saw a new sandwich that I wanted to try. When I walked in, the employees were standing around chatting. The employee at the register gave me an unfriendly look when I politely asked about the new sandwich and its price. I wanted one sandwich with two different sauces: BBQ on one half for my daughter, and sweet and spicy on the other half for myself. However, I was charged $27. When I asked how much a footlong sandwich with just one flavor would cost, the employee told me $22.20. I asked why there was such a price difference. The employee explained that using BBQ sauce on one half and spicy sauce on the other meant a different price. However, when I asked whether ordering two separate 6-inch sandwiches with different sauces would cost extra, she said no. I don't understand why putting two different sauces on one sandwich would cost an additional $5. The explanation was confusing and seemed inconsistent. If two different flavors are allowed without an extra charge on two separate sandwiches, why should customers pay more simply for wanting both flavors on one sandwich? I was also disappointed with how my sandwich was prepared. Instead of receiving one continuous footlong sandwich that was cut in half, the employee used two separate half-sandwich portions to put my order together. This left me wondering whether the portions were leftovers from other orders. The girl who made my sandwich was very nice and the one who ran the register is NO. I told her I will never come back. A sandwich was being made from other leftover ( cut an half) and sold to me and charged $22.20 ( not even included a drink and chip). Disappointed!

    Their sandwiches are truly amazing. I ordered their Toasted Roast Beef and Cheddar with Horseradish sauce. The service was delivered with great kindness, and our sandwiches were prepared quite promptly. The atmosphere was comfortable, and there was ample seating available.
