  The tall kid with glasses that prepared the did was painstakingly slow.... Almost as is on purpose. There was a line of people and only one server on a Saturday afternoon. I mean he was Sloooow. I was in a line with about 5 people on front of me when I got there, and it took me 25 minutes to get my food.

  Third attempt to eat at this restaurant. Literally no food on the serving line or being cooked to refill.8-12 people working in the kitchen and no one working the grill?... Just standing behind the counter on their phones or with cleaning rags looking busy while the dining area was absolutely disgusting food and plates spilt on the tables and floors leaving nowhere to sit even if there was food to order. When asked to speak with the manager no one knew who or where he was finally found him working the drive through and asked about the issues he seemed completely clueless to what the employees were actually doing. Said they were making more food but had no idea of the state of the restaurant beyond the drive through window Or the fact that everyone coming in were leaving because they didn't have food prepared and walking nextdoor to Panda Express. By the way this was 4:30 pm...

  After 10 hours in the car, my kids wanted to eat at their favorite spot. We have one right next to our home that we frequent very often, and it is always amazing. For this stop, it was terrible. This took place about 3:30 in the afternoon on July 12,2026. We arrived and we were about 4th in line. We could see 4 employees working, 1 cooking, 1 running around, 1 cashier, and then 1 serving food (youngest person there). The guy serving food was pretty slow and not very efficient. It took about 8 minutes for him to get to us. But…he never got to us. He never acknowledged that we were there waiting. He began exchanging out a few of the containers while everyone else just stood around. At that point, I grabbed my family, and as I left, I told them all, “There is no way I am giving this place any money.” My family was very disappointed. Chipotle is better than this. I know, because I did a full financial assessment of the company a few weeks ago in a college class. They have great potential to be a long lasting, profitable business, but they definitely need to take immediate action at this particular location.
