  My wife and I stopped at this Chipotle in Salina for dinner while driving from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, to our hotel in Junction City. We arrived around 7:50 p.m. on a Thursday, which apparently was considered pretty late for this location. Unfortunately, many of the serving dishes were empty or nearly empty, and all of the dispensers for the organic drinks were empty. That was disappointing, especially since Chipotle’s website lists the restaurant as being open until 10:00 p.m. We actually drove a little out of our way to stop here, expecting to have plenty of time for dinner with more than two hours remaining before closing. The food we were able to get was fine, and the staff was polite, but the lack of food and drinks made the experience less than what we expected from Chipotle. If a location is advertised as being open until 10:00, I would expect the full menu and drink selections to be available well into the evening. Overall, this location was disappointing and not what we expected from a stop we intentionally went out of our way to make.

  Oh my god, the order I waited for first. They made someone else cancel the order first, so I had to wait 40 minutes.

  Everyone working there was super friendly, excellent portion size. The burrito looked like it could be written about in a romantasy novel. 🥵

  The tall kid with glasses that prepared the did was painstakingly slow.... Almost as is on purpose. There was a line of people and only one server on a Saturday afternoon. I mean he was Sloooow. I was in a line with about 5 people on front of me when I got there, and it took me 25 minutes to get my food.

  Third attempt to eat at this restaurant. Literally no food on the serving line or being cooked to refill.8-12 people working in the kitchen and no one working the grill?... Just standing behind the counter on their phones or with cleaning rags looking busy while the dining area was absolutely disgusting food and plates spilt on the tables and floors leaving nowhere to sit even if there was food to order. When asked to speak with the manager no one knew who or where he was finally found him working the drive through and asked about the issues he seemed completely clueless to what the employees were actually doing. Said they were making more food but had no idea of the state of the restaurant beyond the drive through window Or the fact that everyone coming in were leaving because they didn't have food prepared and walking nextdoor to Panda Express. By the way this was 4:30 pm...
