  Women's bathroom was out of order. I had to wait for about 35 minutes for the food!!! The place was complete chaos! Never eat here again!

  We stopped for coffee and had to wait about 20 minutes just to get two coffees. I know they were busy with the drive-thru, but it still was the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to.

  04/30/26 7:39 am..This is the worst McDonald's I swear in the morning time. They are rude . 3 older women 2 are MANAGERS ! I don't understand why I can come here any other time of the day and not have theses issues. I ordered a large mocha frappe in a large cup w 3 shots of espresso and extra chocolate drizzle. First they give me it in the wrong cup and I politely asked for it to be remade in a large cup and not WARM liquid and she told me NO and walked off uncalled for!! Then the manager working this morning she comes and rudely takes it and the dump it in a large cup and give it back . The consistency of this drink is not soup ! it's not hard to make this properly. She told me it comes out of a machine premade like this and because of the espresso it's going to be nothing but liquid I asked for her to actually remake my drink and even explained to her how to make it ... I get pure liquid I didn't order coffee with creamer !! And the rudeness again !! As she's like here and isn't going to fix it! I'm done I won't come here in the morning I'll drive to Hays.. I DON'T MISTREAT PEOPLE AND I SURE IN THE HELL DON'T LIKE BEING MISTREATED !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 04/28/26 time 8:12 pm BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD.. DEFINITELY GIVE 5 STARS IN THE AFTERNOON 🤩I wanted to say thank you ☺️ to the staff working this evening around 8:20 p.m for making my mocha frappes correctly and in the Large cup.(order #1299 )The evening staff needs to teach the morning to mid morning staff how to make these drinks.

  Had a gift card for a free combo meal from someone so I thought I would use it. I don’t eat out very often because I can’t afford it.Ordered a 4a….. Which I thought was supposed to be a McChicken meal… Came home with french fries and two cheeseburgers. 🤷‍♀️
