  Went there and the hot dog was tough as boot leather. The tater totts were cooked in old rancid oil. Had to toss everything. Called location several times and no one would answer. Call customer service and the only thing you can do when you call is to check gift card balance.... they don't want to hear about what is serves to customers. Submitted case online and got a case number but no action or response. _______________________ I finally got an E-mail from the (Ii think it was from them....) Best regards, Customer Care Coordinator They are so proud of this, they did not even mention Sonic in it once. They are so busy that they can not support their customer base, but they are making enhancements........ I think I know why they are so busy. I recommed everyone evaluate the risk with going to them, I have and know the answer. I removed the one star for food as I did not think I could go lower, I would go negative if I could.

  I ordered the foot long chili dog, tater tots, diet coke and ice water. Its hot out today and they didnt bring the drinks and refused to aknolowedge we ordered them when i asked where they were. When we asked the guy to bring some back he never came back so we left. The weiner of the hot dog was under cooked and cold.

  Consistent garbage, is the nicest compliment I can give to this Sonic location. They should do the town of Rose Hill a favor and shut it down. They say time and time again "under new management, we will fix the problems" they lie. They forget items, burn food, give half portions, mess up simple drinks and take FOREVER. Do not go here, save yourself time and just head to the one in Derby if you want sonic that bad.
