  3rd time here, 3rd time of terrible service. 1st time- my friend Chloe left the review so scroll down to find that. 2nd time- the lady with black braids took my order and grabbed it with no gloves on then proceed to tell me she didn’t wear gloves. 3rd time (today)- when we walked in the same lady with black braids asked what we wanted before we could even step in the door. Like hello let me look at the menu first?? When we’re ready we walk up to the order here counter and we wait while she’s messing around by the pay here counter. All the way from across the room she asks if we’re ready and we say yes. Then she proceeds to ask from the pay here counter “what can I get you.” So I walk over to here to tell her Asiago bagel. She walks over to the bagels and then confirms with me Asiago. She then walks to the order here counter and points at the sign and says “order here” and points to the pay here sign and says “pay here” in a rude sarcastic tone. So I obviously say “um you just asked me what I wanted from over there” as I point to where she was standing when she took my order. And she starts arguing with me saying she never asked me what I wanted. Chloe was there again today and she can confirm that women did in fact take my order from the pay here counter. The lady started genuinely arguing with me so I just walked out. She was rude and doing way too much unnecessary crap. I am thankful for this experience though because it led me to go to Luca bagel where I got a better bagel and better service!

  Come here if you want to meet the worst employees to ever exist in the entire nation. Never had a good experience here and it’s only because of the employees. The African American woman was an absolute jerk. She was immediately rude and had an attitude when we walked in. Then started mumbling under her breath and making pissed off faces. Tell her to speak up next time. We were standing at the order here side ready to order when she asked what we wanted from the other side where you pay and wasn’t coming over so we walked over to where she was and she said what can I get you and we told her so we’re now on the other side and she proceeds to walk back to the other side looks at us and says “that sign says pay here and this sign says order here”. She was ridiculously rude and disgusting. When we told her that she had us walk over to the other side and asked what we wanted she claimed that she never said that and told us to give her a moment. She then continued to escalate the situation and yell in front of some random lady that was there too. Rudest person I have ever met I hope I never meet someone like her again. Einstein Bros in PV is going to continue to be awful until they fire all of their staff since they are like this every time. Have fun losing business while people go to better places like Luca Bagel. Extremely rude woman should not ever have a job in customer service or any job where she has to talk to anyone at all.

  Came in exactly 15min before closing and totally regretted it. Employee seemed stressed and rushed us. My daughter only wanted a bagel, it was off putting. I tried to get her to go to the French market but she insisted on Einstein, then she felt bad that we even went. When we left the restaurant the employee explained that they were trying to close.

  First visit was great. They were a bit busier the second time I stopped in and it seems customer service went out the window. Both employees that "helped" me barked questions at me and no one communicated anything to the next person. I'll go out of my way to avoid this one in the future.

  The man with a bald head and glasses was extremely rude and ruined my morning and my bagel experience there. The bagel was fine, but he was so rude to all of the workers and the people that were ordering bagels, and there was another lady that was kind of short was really rude too. She was like middle aged like the man and there was one girl working that was young and she was really nice and the other two were being really rude to her and it was a terrible experience and I don’t think those people should ever serve people ever again and I felt extremely uncomfortable listening to him. Be extremely rude to the younger worker and he didn’t give me that much cream cheese because he was pissed.
