The place is pretty empty when i walk in. I got a blank stare from the lady when I got to the counter, no words. I ordered a combo and got my empty cup. I find out the soda ice machine is broken. I go back to the counter and the lady is now near the drive through window looking at her phone, she notices me but still not engaging with me. She walks to the back. I talk to one of the cooks to see if I could get ice from the back. The cook tells this lady that I need ice and she gets it for me. Just an awkward encounter but the food was good.

Paid for a $12.00 sandwich that I did not receive! Called to tell someone that I didn't receive my sandwich and had to leave a message because no one answered the phone, even though they are still open! It is not that hard to fill an order correctly when no one else is there at the restaurant!!

Never had a problem with this location and today was no different! The gentleman at the drive-thru window was very friendly and worked fast. Kudos to that guy! Can't remember his name unfortunately, but he's killin it!

I order three meat & 3 fish meals. I request tartar sauce on side not on sandwiches, when I arrived home passed out the meals and all three meals had Tatar sauce on them. Two people tried to scrap the sauce off and the other person refused to scrap off and
didn't eat meal. With gas prices
as high as they are I didn't drive
back to restaurant.
4/17/2026- New visit Big mistake
Went to order from inside due to no movement in drive through. Lobby was closed to walk-in traffic. Another customer had Went through drive through and found hair on his sandwich and was banging on door, and I followed him to drive up window and he almost broke window and someone finally came to window he demanded to speak to manager and two people said they were managers and he demanded the general manager number which they said they can't give to him. He eventually received a refund on order and went across to Burger King. I stayed to ask if they could put a sign on door that Lobby is closed and I didn't eat there because the three people that were there didn't look enthusiastic to work. This is second time I have had a problem there. I don't believe it is going to get any better anytime soon.
