  I have no idea why I let my kids talk me into going here. The food took 14 minutes to get to our car, the lady in the drive thru seemed truly miserable. When we got the food it was missing items and we had to argue just to get our other 2 items that we had a receipt for!

  People are lazy need to be fired and possibly shut down because of very poor service. Waited 45 minutes, and that was just to get anyone to respond over the intercom. That was when the lady got all snappy and rude. Left and never even placed the order. Also got food poisoning from the kfc soo…

  This place was so busy and the manger is sitting outside not giving a shit about the store. Then proceeds to come in after the staff was trying to locate her to go to the kitchen without hand washing and takes an order someone was mad about and throws the fries back in the fryer and leaves to go to the bathroom. She was in there forever and someone went in there. And she is on a stall talking on her phone. The bathroom was out of hand soap and toilet paper so the manger didn't wash her hands bc she couldn't of. People are waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their food and the manager don't give a shit. It's like 2 people trying to do it all. Saturday 1:20 4/18/2026
