- GSGina SpencerSep 17, 20261.0Absolute horrible experience. We ordered online for pick-up. I sent my daughter to pick it up and when she got there they said they didnt have it. She showed them the receipt and the email confirmation and they told her that they don’t have it and it was not there problem. She asked them nicely to please help her figure out what went wrong and The lady looked at her and said I’ve been here 10 years and I’ve never seen this happen so you must’ve ordered to the wrong location. We double checked and we were at the right location and they still refused to give her the food.

I had a few simple questions and instead of being met with basic courtesy, I was treated with a rude and dismissive attitude. The general manager, Skyla, and an employee named Backer both came across as unnecessarily disrespectful. Theres no reason to be rude to customers when they’re simply asking questions. I asked: Hi I’m picking up an order. Backer makes and aggressive hand gesture: Who??!. Then I asked how long it will take then Skyla, the General manager yelled, don’t you see we’re working its gonna take 10 minutes. The food is one thing, but customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately my experience here was not a good one. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers should be treated with basic respect.

They were not correct when I got home which is 35 min drive and I couldn’t come back. I called to get a refund it was a huge argument and I didn’t get even a partial refund when they claimed I’d get it. This is theft as far as I’m concerned.

They will cancel your order multiple times without telling you why, dump all the food upside down carelessly and then forget the ranch entirely because why do ANY part of the job correctly. i’m not even an old person or a karen but it would be super nice to get what i paid for not whatever they decide is adequate.
