Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- TRTrevor Rine5 days ago1.0Showed up at 10pm after working a long day. Side doors were locked front door was open. Walked in and asked if they were open. Was told that the inside was closed but drive thru was open. Unfortunately my work vehicle is too big to fit thru the drive thru. Asked if I could just walk up and order at the drive thru and was told I could. Stood there for 5 minutes, in cold rainy weather but never got a response from anyone inside. Thank God Freddy’s is just up the road. I usually love Whataburger but cmon. If you didn’t want to serve me you could have just said so, instead of ignoring me

You will spend 10+ minutes in the drive thru even if you're the only vehicle and your order will be incorrect 3 out of 4 times. My visit today, the wrong food (it was a mobile order) was brought out twice and once I got my order, the burger was wrong and the Coke was only carbonated water. I will drive out of my way to attempt another location someday but yhis one has become a waste of time & money.

- GBGracie BishopSep 19, 20261.0We have stood in line for about 45 minutes JUST TO SAY WE HAD AN ONLINE ORDER, there were 3 people in front of us that had already placed their order, Let alone 2 other people had passed us in the line just to place a drive thru order. I had an online order to pick up and it took us that long to talk to someone about our order. I hate this Whataburger. If they know it’s going to be busy on a Friday or Saturday night LATE HOURS then why don’t they book up their schedule. I have worked drive thru for multiple years and I have never had this problem before EXCEPT AT WHATABURGER. Things need to change immediately if they want business. I have over heard any GOOD news about Whataburger, all they complain about is the wait for mediocre food. Things need to change immediately
