I was helped by Glen. He was such a pleasant addition to my morning. We chatted for a brief moment when getting my food. But it was definitely so memorable that I did this review. I go to whataburger a lot. And I will be back to this specific location because of that encounter. Good customer service is hard to find along with good food.

First time trying it. Threw 3/4 of it away a and the Guy told us not to sit at the clean tables because he just cleaned them like what are we suppose to sit at a dirty table. Ending up going to cuvlers next door which was 100x better

I’ve been a Whataburger fan for half my life. I was so excited when this one opened near me. I don’t eat fast food much anymore, but when I do, I would prefer to go to Whataburger. However, this location is seldom got my order correct and is always, by most fast food standards really slow. It’s unfortunate. Hopefully one of the other locations can execute better.

Ordered curb side. Initially waited 15 minutes; meanwhile 2 cars went through the drive thru, but no one in the lobby, so not overly busy. Went inside to get an eta, was told they were unsure who was going to make our order. Needed a manager to tell them. After 5 more minutes was brought out wrong and cold food. Didn’t say anything just left.
