  My husband and I stopped in at Whataburger at 9505 Metcalf for lunch earlier this week. We hadn't had a Whataburger meal since leaving El Paso some months ago, and we were missing it. What a delightful experience we had here! HUGE kudos to Matthew Hardesty at the register for guiding us through the menu; there were several items that were new to us and we really appreciate his assistance. He was friendly and welcoming when we arrived, and served us our meals after we sat down. THANK YOU for your hospitality, Matthew! The food definitely was as good as we remember! I had the bacon cheeseburger Whataburger Jr. meal, and my husband had the patty melt meal. All the food was hot, fresh, and totally delicious! We really like the "sideboard" of ketchups, other condiments, napkins and such that Matthew brought with our meals. It reminded us of the old-style diners, which is a good thing. We completely devoured every crumb and enjoyed every moment of our lunch. Fabulous food! Many thanks to Whataburger and your personnel for giving us such a lovely experience returning to your restaurant chain! We'll be back as soon as we can!!

  Spot on! Great food, great price, and great service. I've been a big Whataburger fan since age 5 or so, and this location did everything right. No complaints. The junior chicken strip sandwich combo is such a great value. Do y'all know you can upsize fries and the drink to a medium for cents?? Size Medium at Whataburger = PLENTY for one person. Pro tip! The employee at the drive thru window was absolutely precious. Pleasantly surprised to discover this place around the corner from my hotel in Kansas, of all places! Tastes like home. Thank you!

  5/5 Stars – Incredible service on August 8th at 1:30 AM! Shift Lead Steven (visiting from 135th & Antioch) did an amazing job managing a massive rush despite limited staffing. Even with 5+ cars in the drive-thru and multiple curbside pickups, he stayed upbeat and welcoming over the intercom. He calmly corrected a curbside error and served my order hot, fresh, and 100% accurate. Customer service is Steven’s superpower—he is absolute management material and should be officially recognized for his excellence!

  Food is great. Most of the people at the front that you have to deal with are incredibly unfriendly. So even though I ordered on the kiosk, I had to go up multiple times to get the kids meal milks that they didn't bring with the food and my tea. Way more interaction than needed. Spend a couple extra bucks Wataburger and put tea dispensers out next to the soda fountain where we can get to it and mix half and half or however we like it.
