Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Ordered a avocado bacon burger. Had almost no avocado. I asked for spicy ketchup and got none. They were slightly busy for a Sunday afternoon.

    Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. They had both speakers open but were only serving one lane. Instructions were "follow the car in front: because they didnt shut lane 2 down. Since they weren't serving it, we waited an additional 30 minutes on top of what we should have because lane 1 blocked out the "car in front of us" 3 times and we were trapped. If you arent going to service both lanes, close whichever one you're not servicing. Even worse after getting through the line. No sauces. Incorrect drinks, incorrect food. Just an overall terrible experience

    My wife and I REALLY wanted to like Whata.. but on our very first experience, our entire order was incorrect. We didn’t go back for a very long time, but sadly, Wendy’s closed down, so we decided to give Whataburger another shot. And wouldn’t you know it? Our entire order was incorrect again! It seems accuracy isn’t this location’s strong suit. We ordered through the drive-thru the 1st time and chose curbside pickup the 2nd time. Both times, we drove all the way back to fix our order, and neither time were we offered any sort of compensation for having to come back for our correct order. Not that I’m expecting a lot, but back in my day, (okay grandpa) places offered a free cookie or coupon or something to apologize for the inconvenience. I guess we’ll be going to Five Guys from now on!

    I just drove home and figured it out its the wrong order and she know it i heard her coworker saying jalapeño and another talking in Spanish and then she laughed in my face and gave it to me !!!!! She was Spanish mid age female
