  I got the “dusted chicken combo” here and it was definitely more than a dusting. The chick en was swimming in seasoning and it was disgusting. I debated going back through the line because I don’t usually complain and let’s be honest it is Taco Bell. Going back through I explained how coated they were and she was so rude. She stated they are all coated with the same about and now I know I just don’t like them and should order something else. They made me pay for ranch that I asked for the first time around and never received and she refused to even look at the chicken. Will never ever come back here.

  STAY AWAY! I reported a really upsetting and serious experience I had at the Taco Bell on 9690 Metcalf Ave in Overland Park, KS. After eating there on April 26, 2026, at around 1:15 PM and again at 6:30 PM, I became extremely sick. The illness escalated so quickly and so severely that I ended up being hospitalized, where doctors determined I had a severe case of colitis. This was nothing like a normal stomach issue — I was admitted for three days, had multiple blood tests, and underwent CT scans because of how intense and dangerous the symptoms became. It genuinely felt like food poisoning, and the entire experience was frightening and overwhelming. No one should have to go through something like this after simply grabbing a meal. I’m sharing this because food safety is not something anyone should have to gamble with. I want to make sure this incident is taken seriously and fully investigated so no other customer ends up in the same situation. As of today, I am still dealing with the side effects of what happened, and I have never experienced this level of pain and discomfort before. I would appreciate it if someone from your team could reach out so I can provide the details of my visit .

  This Taco Bell is an absolute disaster for DoorDash orders at night. The place is unbelievably slow, and half the time the order never even arrives because drivers end up canceling after waiting forever. It doesn’t matter that it’s just a Thursday night — somehow they still can’t get orders out in a reasonable amount of time. What’s the point of offering delivery if online orders are clearly treated like the lowest priority? Watching drivers stand there frustrated while nothing gets made is ridiculous. By the time food finally leaves the store, it’s usually late, cold, or canceled altogether. Easily one of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve dealt with.

  OK, so to start off with I got the chicken Chalupa meal which comes with two Chalupa‘s and a soft taco that’s about 15 bucks. The last three times I’ve came here in the breading for the Chalupa has been extremely stale and damn near almost like a rock. And then on top of that, you’re basically getting 70% bread then maybe 10% chicken you’re basically paying for bread, lettuce and tomato and a scoop of sour cream. They use one tiny scoop of chicken for how expensive these tacos are you would think that they would put a decent amount in there like they used to sounds like Ernest the manager is trying to save some money and not keep up with the product or fill it false advertisement because on there. Posters and how they advertise the tacos those things are packed and full of chicken. It’s crazy how much they charge and hardly put any meat in there. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location because they’re pretty stingy with the meat and the breading isn’t always on point. Hope corporate can fix this. If not charge less since you guys are so worried about putting too much chicken literally, you guys put the tiniest little scoop of chicken. If you get one chicken Chalupa by itself it’s like almost $10. Like I said this is what happens when you get managers that want to take shortcuts and save some money for themselves to make themselves look good so they get a raise but at the end of the day the customers will never be happy with this now I see why this place has the reviews that it has. And then on top of that, if you go inside to try their drinks, seven out of 10 drinks are always flat and taste like straight crap. Just wish Taco Bell was the way it was back in the day where the GM actually cared about the store and how the food was coming out of their store. Stop taking shortcuts and stop trying to save money to make yourself look good. Make the people happy and service right for the price that you’re charging.

  Just went to drive through a long line but went pretty fast the lady at the window was very nice food was good but seems expensive but overall good experience
